Where are you based / do you work remotely?
We work with clients worldwide, remotely, with a ~1-hour average response during business hours.

How much does a website cost?

Is the price really one-time?
Yes. You pay once and own the site. An optional care plan exists for ongoing help, but it’s never required.
Do I actually own the website?
Yes — it’s built on WordPress and fully yours, with all files. No lock-in.
Are there hidden or monthly fees?
No hidden fees. Third-party costs you’d pay anyway (IDX/MLS provider, hosting, domain) are yours and transparent.
How is this cheaper than a platform?
Most agents pay less to own a Reaplex site once than they’d spend in a single year of renting a platform.

Switching / migration

Will I lose my Google rankings if I switch?
Not with a proper migration. We benchmark, map every URL with 301 redirects, and protect your SEO.
Will my site go down during the switch?
Only briefly and by plan — we build and test on staging, then switch over with minimal downtime.
Process & timeline
How long does it take?
Most sites go live in about two to four weeks; larger custom builds are scoped on the consultation.
What do you need from me?
Your logo, photos, listing/IDX details, and any copy — I’ll send a simple checklist.
How do revisions work?
You review your real site on a private link and leave feedback directly. We refine until you’re happy.
