Yes. You pay once and own the site. An optional care plan exists for ongoing help, but it’s not required.

No hidden fees. Third-party costs you’d pay anyway (IDX/MLS provider, hosting, domain) are yours and transparent.
How does the cost compare with a platform?Pricing & ownership
A Reaplex site is a one-time build fee from $685, plus hosting and your IDX provider, which bill you directly. Platforms charge a subscription instead: AgentFire, for example, publishes $2,780 to $9,080 for the first year. Some platforms, such as Placester, cost less per year. A proper migration is built to prevent that: we benchmark first and map every URL with 301 redirects. No one can guarantee rankings, but this is how they are protected.
