Is a care plan required?
No. Your website is fully yours with or without one. Care plans are purely optional.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep your entire website and all files. You simply take over maintenance yourself. Nothing is held hostage.
Isn’t this the “monthly fee” you say to avoid?
No. A rented platform charges to keep your site alive, stop paying and it’s gone. A care plan only maintains a site you already own; cancel and you keep everything.
Can I change or pause my plan?
Yes, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime. No contracts.
What counts as a “small edit”?
Text changes, swapping images, adding a listing or page section, the quick stuff. Bigger projects are quoted separately.
Do I need a care plan for my IDX/MLS to work?
No. Your IDX/MLS runs through your provider. A care plan just keeps the website around it healthy.
