Information we collect
In short: The details you give us through our forms, plus some technical data collected automatically as you browse.
Information you provide. When you use our contact, consultation, or audit forms, we collect the details you enter, typically your name, email address, phone number, your website URL, and the content of your message.
Information collected automatically. As you browse, we may collect technical data such as your IP address, device and browser type, referring page, and the pages you visit, through cookies and analytics.
How we use your information
In short: To reply to you, deliver our services, and keep the site working and improving.
We use the information we collect to:
- respond to enquiries and schedule consultations;
- deliver audits, design work, and related services;
- send updates you’ve opted into;
- operate, secure, and improve the website;
- comply with our legal obligations.
Cookies & analytics
In short: We use cookies and analytics to understand how the site is used, and ad-measurement pixels if we’re running campaigns.
We use cookies and similar technologies to run the site and understand how visitors use it, for example, analytics such as Google Analytics. If we run advertising, we may also use conversion or measurement pixels, such as those from Meta or Google Ads, to see how our campaigns perform.
Our own visitor analytics. We also run first-party analytics on this site. When you visit, your browser stores a random visitor ID in a cookie named rx_an_v and in local storage, so we can see which pages were read and for how long. We do not store your IP address; it is used at the moment of your visit to estimate your city, region and country with the DB-IP City Lite database (IP geolocation by DB-IP), and only a one-way hash is kept to group a visit. Your time zone comes from your browser. If you send us a form, we link that visit history to your enquiry so we understand what you were looking for. This data is deleted after 400 days.
Spam protection. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated bots. Cloudflare may process technical information about your browser for that check, under its own privacy policy.
You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the site work.
How we share information
In short: We don’t sell your data. We share it only with the service providers who help us run the business.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed with trusted service providers who help us operate, such as:
- website hosting;
- email delivery;
- analytics;
- CRM and scheduling tools.
We may also disclose information where required by law, or where necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property.
Data retention
In short: We keep your information only as long as we need it.
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, to respond to you, deliver our services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When it’s no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
Data security
In short: We take reasonable steps to protect your information.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, however, so while we work to protect your information, we can’t guarantee absolute security.
Your rights & choices
In short: You can access, correct, or delete your data, and opt out of marketing at any time.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing.
EU / EEA & UK visitors. You have rights under the GDPR (and UK GDPR), including the rights described above and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
California residents. You have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell your personal information.

In short: Your data may be processed in countries other than your own.
We work with clients internationally. Your information may be processed and stored in countries with different data-protection laws than your own. Where required, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for any such transfers.
Children’s privacy
In short: Our services aren’t directed to children.
Our website and services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we’ll delete it.
Third-party links
In short: We’re not responsible for other websites we link to.
Our site may link to third-party websites and services. We’re not responsible for their content or privacy practices, and we encourage you to review their own privacy policies before sharing information with them.

In short: We may update this policy, and we’ll post the new date at the top.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we may highlight them more prominently.
