Own vs rent: common questions.
Isn’t renting a platform easier?
On day one, often yes: hosting, support and tools come bundled. Owning means one build fee, hosting you choose and no platform subscription to manage. We handle the build either way, so the real question is which model suits you.
Do owned sites still get IDX and lead capture?
Yes, real-time MLS search via IDX Broker, Showcase IDX, iHomefinder, plus custom lead capture and SEO. The IDX provider bills you directly.
What about hosting and updates?
Because you own the site, you arrange hosting (inexpensive and flexible), or add an optional Reaplex care plan if you’d like us to handle updates and support.
