What is MLS integration?
It’s the connection that brings your local MLS’s live listings onto your own website, kept accurate and compliant automatically.
Is this the same as IDX?
Related but not the same. MLS integration is the data connection; IDX is the search experience built on it. We do both.
Do you use RETS or RESO Web API?
RESO Web API, the modern, certified standard. RETS is deprecated and being retired, so we don’t start new integrations on it.
Will it connect to my MLS?
In most cases yes, through approved providers. Each board has its own rules; we confirm yours on the consultation.
Who handles MLS approval and compliance?
We handle the technical setup and configure your site to follow your MLS’s display rules, so access stays in good standing.
Are there ongoing costs?
Your IDX/MLS provider charges its own fee (often from ~$60/mo), that’s yours and transparent. The website itself is a one-time build you own.
