Terms & Conditions
The terms that apply when you use this website or work with Reaplex.
These terms govern your use of reaplex.com and any services provided by Reaplex (operated by Asraful Islam). By using this site or hiring Reaplex, you agree to them. We’ve kept them as clear as we can — questions? Email contact@reaplex.com.
Use of this website
Use the site lawfully and don’t misuse it.
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes, and not in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it, or interfere with anyone else’s use of it. We may restrict or withdraw access to the site at any time without notice.
Our services
We design and build real estate websites; the scope is agreed per project.
Reaplex designs and builds real estate websites and related services. The exact scope of any engagement — for example a Launch build or a custom build — is defined in the project proposal or quote we agree with you before work begins.
Quotes & proposals
A quote defines exactly what’s included for your project.
Each quote or proposal sets out the scope, deliverables, and any exclusions for your project. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date they’re issued. Anything not listed in the proposal is considered out of scope and quoted separately.
Payment terms
How and when you pay.
A deposit of 50% is required to begin work, with the balance due before your site goes live.
- Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, credit/debit card, or PayPal.
- The build is one-time pricing — no monthly platform fees.
- Work may be paused if an invoice remains unpaid past its due date, and any agreed timeline shifts accordingly.
- All prices are in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.
Client responsibilities
We need your content and timely feedback to deliver.
To deliver your project, we rely on you to provide materials and approvals in good time — including your logo, images, listing/IDX details, and copy.
Delays in providing materials or feedback may shift the timeline. You confirm that you own, or have the rights to use, any materials you provide to us.
Revisions & timelines
What revisions are included, and rough timing for your project.
Your project includes two rounds of revisions on the agreed scope. A typical build takes 2–4 weeks, depending on scope and how quickly content and feedback are provided.
Change requests beyond the agreed scope are quoted and scheduled separately.
Website ownership & intellectual property
Once you’ve paid in full, the website is yours — you own it outright.
On full payment, ownership of the final website and its deliverables transfers to you. Your site is built on WordPress that you control — you own it outright, with no monthly platform lock-in.
Reaplex retains the right to showcase the completed work in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing. Pre-existing tools, components, and third-party assets remain under their own licenses.
Third-party services
IDX/MLS, hosting, domains, and plugins are separate, client-paid services.
Your website may rely on third-party services — such as your IDX/MLS provider, hosting, domain registration, and premium plugins. You are responsible for the ongoing costs of these services.
These services are governed by their own providers’ terms. Reaplex is not liable for third-party outages, price changes, or changes to their services.
Care plans
Optional ongoing maintenance — never required.
Care plans are optional. They are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. If you cancel, you keep your site and all files.
What’s covered and excluded is described in the care plan you choose.
Cancellations & refunds
What happens if a project is cancelled.
If a project is cancelled, fees are handled based on the deposit and the work completed up to that point. The initial deposit covers work already begun and is non-refundable, and any work completed beyond the deposit is invoiced at the point of cancellation.
Warranties & disclaimers
We do quality work, but we can’t guarantee specific results like rankings or leads.
Services are provided as described in your proposal. We do not guarantee specific SEO rankings, lead volume, or business outcomes, which depend on many factors outside our control.
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as is” basis.
Limitation of liability
Limits on what we’re liable for.
To the extent permitted by law, Reaplex’s total liability arising from a project is limited to the fees you paid for that project, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses — such as lost profits, lost data, or lost business.
Indemnification
You cover claims arising from materials you provide.
You agree to indemnify Reaplex against any claims, damages, or costs arising from the content or materials you provide (including any claim that they infringe someone else’s rights), or from your use of the website.
Governing law
Which law applies.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Reaplex operates. We’ll always try to resolve any concern directly and in good faith first; if we can’t, any dispute will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these; the date shows when.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site or our services means you accept the updated terms.
